Director of Rugby, Dean Richards said: "Welford Road is a very special place to play and much of our success over the last few years is down to the way the crowd lift the team with their tremendous support."
Richards continues his policy of squad rotation in a move that sees Frank Tournaire - guilty of conceding the penalty that cost Leicester the win against Neath in Round 1 - coming into the side at tighthead prop for England international Darren Garforth. And club captain Martin Johnson returns, demoting Lewis Deacon to the bench.
Leicester welcome back young England star Lewis Moody. He has not played since sustaining a shoulder injury in England's recent Test win against South Africa.
And British and Irish Lion Martin Corry has made a recovery from the facial injury he sustained against Amatori & Calvisano. The veteran back row forward attended hospital where he received stitches.
Leicester have already qualified for the final eight, but need to beat Neath to secure a home tie in the quarter-finals.
