London Wasps' Causeway Stadium will be packed to its 10,000 capacity for the visit of the Cherry and Whites.
But the Sky cameras will be rolling to ensure that fans across the land can sample the battle.
Fans are flooding in to see two of the Zurich Premiership's big guns front up. The visiting Gloucester fans will be hoping to gain revenge for last season's Zurich Championship final when Wasps stole the crown.
Wasps Director of Rugby Warren Gatland, said, 'Given the history between the clubs, there has always been something special between Wasps and Gloucester.
"Now with this game sold-out, it will add an even greater intensity and atmosphere to it. With Gloucester bringing 25% of the crowd, it means there will be a large amount of support for both clubs, which is exciting.
'The marketing and commercial departments have done their job in 'selling the game', it is now down the coaches and players to deliver their end of the deal'
The winner of the match will pit their wits against either Munster or Stade Francais in the semi-final of the most coveted prize in Northern Hemisphere club rugby.
