"It's a tactical switch for this game," Hugh Campbell, Glasgow's head coach, said this afternoon. "Andy played well on the wing against Ulster a couple of weeks ago, and we want to use his experience."
It will be Craig's third start since he joined Glasgow from Orrell during the summer. After a replacement appearance against The Borders he played at outside centre against Ospreys at Swansea and on the left wing in the 34-20 win against Ulster two weeks ago. Morrison is among the replacements.
Glasgow's pack is unchanged for the fourth successive match. The eight forwards on duty for the Toulouse match also started in the Celtic League games against Munster and Ulster as well as the cup match against Northampton.
Two forwards returning from injury, Euan Murray and Joe Beardshaw, have been added to the travelling reserves from whom the seven replacements will eventually be chosen.
