Scrum half Harry Ellis won the Heineken man of the match award after the 49-7 defeat of Ulster and declared: "It was a big game for us, we knew our jobs were on the line. Everyone at Leicester hates losing - it is not the taking part that appeals to us but the winning that counts.
"We all stood up to the mark because there is always pressure at this club and you simply have to rise to that. We all took a hard look at ourselves after what happened at Ulster and I think we responded pretty well."
Director of Rugby Dean Richards added: "We need to win at The Dragons on Saturday, although I know it will be difficult to repeat a performance like the one against Ulster.
"The next two games are vitally important - we have to win them both, we cannot afford to lose either of them. We need to win them well and, hopefully, get a bonus point."
