Tigers medical staff have been assessing their increasing numbers of walking wounded as they approach Friday's do-or-die Heineken Cup clash with Stade Francais.
There are a host of new additions to the injured list after Saturday's 26-20 win over The Newport-Gwent Dragons.
They include the Tuilagi brothers, Henry (ankle and hand) and Freddie (knee), neither of whom will train this week as they aim to recover from knocks in time for kick-off.
Martin Corry, who came on from the bench on Saturday, has suffered a recurrence of his hamstring injury, leaving the England back five forward as touch-and-go for Friday's vital clash, with ongoing assessment throughout the week.
Fullback Sam Vesty picked up a groin injury at the start of the second half in Newport and will miss the upcoming match, while last week's replacement fly half Ramiro Pez should be fit in time despite carrying a shoulder problem.
Utility back Austin Healey is out with a leg injury, while wing Neil Baxter is battling to be fit in time after picking up a hamstring injury last week while training with the England Sevens squad.
Back row player Adam Balding has a tear in a stomach muscle and is a doubt for the weekend, while former All Black centre Daryl Gibson is still out with a hamstring injury.
Fellow midfield man Ollie Smith will also miss the game with the concussion he picked up during Tigers' 33-0 defeat to Ulster a fortnight ago.
England lock Ben Kay is another doubt for Friday, with the knee injury which kept him out of the Gwent Dragons match.
Winger John Holtby is not available for selection due to a back injury, while highly-rated Academy fly half Ross Broadfoot joins the injured list after damaging his shoulder in training.
These injuries add to long term casualties Geordan Murphy (broken leg), Julian White (knee), Peter Cook (back), Lewis Moody (foot) and James Buckland (broken leg).
With Heineken Cup availability dependant on the 34 players registered for European competition, despite the injury crisis, this means that Tigers cannot field the likes of No.8 Andy Powell, fly half Andy Goode and England Sevens back Dan Hipkiss.
Leicester Tigers injury list:
