Leicester confirmed after the hearing in Coventry that they would not appeal.
"I feel that I have let the whole club down, especially the supporters, and all I can do is express my sincere regret," said Corry.
Corry admitted his guilt when he appeared before the three-man RFU panel at a 90-minute hearing chaired by Richard Moon.
The panel accepted Corry's action was reckless, rather than deliberate, and took into account an earlier period of suspension this season.
Leicester will now be without the back row forward for Sunday's Heineken Cup clash with Toulouse.
