Marsh, 35, has raised five trophies in his nine-year spell at Clermont, as well as being capped 21 times by his adopted country, scoring seven tries. His role in France's Grand Slam of 2002 was signigicant, and he carrried that form over as club level.
Club highlights include being part of two Super 12 (1997 and 1998) winning teams, a winner of the European Challenge Cup (1999), and French champion in 1999 and 2001. He made 28 European appearances for Clermont, scoring 12 tries and one penalty
Marsh has revealed plans to travel, and study sports science in New Zealand.
However the lure of rugby is such that Marsh has not ruled out a to the world of Rugby in the future - news that would be of interest to Clermont fans who may see the centre as a future first-team coach.
