"I didn't recognize my players. We were catastrophic in our movement. In the front row, nobody was running. It seems everybody is 10 years older than six months ago," said Laporte.
"Despite that, we could have won the game a hundred times. It seems we have a very big physical problem - we can't run anymore.
"I don't want to be too rough on them, but they don't seem to have any fuel left in the tank. We have to take a look at ourselves in the mirror and get some sort of reaction.
"We were champions. I don't like the word 'were'; I prefer 'want to be'. I want this team to live in the present and win games like the one in Cardiff. Losing has jeopardised our chances of qualification in the Heineken Cup.
"We have to react. It's now or never to show we have the fight!"
