The club also expects Traille to miss the game against Wasps and are hoping he will recover in time to play in the Basque derby against Bayonne on 14 April.
Traille is a veteran of 74 European games for Pau and Biarritz in both tournaments and picked up an ERC Elite award this season when he made his 50th Heineken Cup appearance. Biarritz were one of three Heineken Cup clubs to qualify for the last eight in the Amlin Challenge Cup as runners-up in their Pool.
Back in 2000, Traille won the Amlin Challenge Cup with Pau when they beat Castres Olympique 34-21 in Toulouse. Since then he has appeared in the 2006 Heineken Cup final with Biarritz, when the French side were beaten by Munster Rugby in Cardiff.
