1Leicester TigersThe All Blacks centre Aaron Mauger came in for his Leicester Tigers and Heineken Cup debut in what was his first game since playing against Romania in the Rugby World Cup on 29 September, Up against him was his New Zealand team mate Byron Kelleher
1ToulouseCourrent kicked-off for Toulouse on a pitch that had been soaked by the incessant rain overnight
1ToulouseNyanga made a sweet break and Jauzion was just unable to provide the scoring pass on the Tigers 22 to give the Frenchmen the perfect start.
3Leicester TigersTigers lost control of the ball on their 10 metre line and Toulouse counter attacked. It looked as though there was a forward pass as the ball reached Clerc on the right wing, but he was held up by some strong defence from Hipkiss and Goode.

After lengthy treatment for Murphy, who took a blow to the head in a tackle, Goode kicked the goal to extend the home lead.
