"We weren't good enough - it was as simple as that. We had a lot of possession but, when you have that much possession and turn it over as much as we did, you don't deserve to win," said Jones.
"We made one glaring defensive error in the first half and they made the most of it and scored their try. Then we took our foot off the gas and let them back into the game.
"It is the same old story for us. We haven't started very well - we had a home game first up and we didn't make the most of it.
"I'm angry, and I made mistakes, and I think we should all be angry about the performance. As a team we know we are better than that."
