Toulon's No 8 Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe will captain Los Pumas on his 50th appearance for his country in a side that includes three players from Racing Metro 92 - full back Juan Martin Hernandez, wing Juan Imhoff and lock Manuel Carizza.
Exeter Chiefs wing Gonzalo Camacho, Leicester Tigers prop Marcos Ayerza and Scarlets lock Tomas Vallejos are all in the 23 match-day squad.
Lock Nicolas Vergallo (Toulouse) and prop Juan Figallo (Montpellier) complete the Heineken Cup players with Stade Francais Paris star and former Leinster favourite Felipe Contepomi playing in the centre on his ninth appearance for Argentina against Wales.
