Harlequins are in the driving seat in Pool 3 after two solid victories in their first two games and will be full of confidence ahead of their two games against Heineken Cup new boys Zebre of Italy.
The English champions will fancy their chances of a racking up two bonus point wins over an Italian outfit who are in their first season of Heineken Cup rugby and still looking for their first win.
Quins - with scrum half Danny Care in prime form - are four points ahead of second placed Biarritz Olympique and exacted revenge over a Connacht side which recorded a famous victory over the Londoners in last season's Pool stages.
Conor O'Shea, the Harlequins director of rugby, has warned his side they cannot afford any complacency ahead of their Italian job.
"We are very comfortable to have nine points after our first two pool matches," said O'Shea.
"To have denied both Biarritz and Connacht a losing bonus point is a huge thing.
"We have put ourselves in a very good position, but we learned a lesson two weeks ago in Exeter.
"If we mess around and don't come with our 'game heads' on, any team can do a job and we want to do a job against Zebre."
Biarritz and Connacht will still have hopes of their own to make the quarter-finals of the competition and their series of games will prove pivotal to their qualification ambitions.
