Worcester Warriors have appointed former England international Paul Hull as their new Talent Scout.
The vastly experienced Hull - an RFU Level 5 coach - will combine his new position at Warriors with his role as Director of Rugby at Dean Close School, Cheltenham.
The former international, who won four caps for England, spent 22 years with Bristol as a player and coach across two spells. Hull has also worked as Assistant Coach at London Irish and England Saxons.
The 44-year-old revealed he had several offers to return to the professional game but has opted to link up with Warriors in the new role. "It's a fantastic opportunity for me to work in the professional game again but also combine it with my role at Dean Close School," he said.
"I made the decision to leave Bristol a year and a half ago and go into the education sector. It has given my family the chance to try something fresh and I've got my head down and built strong relationships at the school and enjoyed it.
"I always said if it went well I would look at rugby and combining the two if possible. The role at Warriors is one that allows me to do that and excites me."
Meanwhile, the club, which will compete in the Amlin Challenge Cup next season, has also appointed Mark Hewitt as the new Academy Manager.
Hewitt, the former Gloucester Academy Assistant Manager, will leave his current role as Head Coach of CR La Vila in Spain to take up the role at Warriors.
A former Royal Marine for over 20 years, Hewitt has an impressive rugby background with a proven track record in RFU Championship, Premiership and European environments.
Hewitt, who played for Plymouth Albion, Devon and the Combined Services, worked as coach at the South West of England Rugby Academy (SWERA) based at Ivybridge Community College between 2002 and 2004.
He was Gloucester Rugby Academy Assistant Manager between 2004 and 2006. During that period he coached Gloucester to the Middlesex Sevens title in 2005 and runners-up spot in 2004.
The 53-year-old also enjoyed success at Cornish Pirates over a three-year period as Assistant Coach and then Head Coach. Hewitt helped Pirates win the EDF Energy Cup in 2007.
