And while Muller himself admits Ulster's Irish rivals are firm favourites to pick up their third Heineken Cup title in four seasons, he is adamant they won't be heading to London just to play a part in Leinster's celebrations.
"There probably is a little more pressure on them than on us. They are overwhelming favourites," said Muller.
"We almost don't have anything to lose, that's probably what the public and the media will think.
"From our point of view as a group of players and as a coaching staff, we've got one goal and one goal only: that's to go to Twickenham on Saturday and to win.
"We're not going there to make up the numbers and we're not just happy to be playing in the final. Yes, it's a good achievement but, in saying that, we haven't really achieved anything yet.
"We'll be really disappointed if we end the season without any silverware. To do so well and then to fall at the last hurdle would be really disappointing."
Ulster's attempts to find the perfect preparation for their biggest fixture in 13 years saw the squad head to Portugal for a training camp last week.
And rather than seeing the trip to warmer climes as an early holiday, Muller believes the amount of hard work he and his fellow players put in during their time away will stand them in good stead on Saturday.
Unlike Leinster, who are battle hardened following the Pro12 play-off win over Glasgow last weekend, Ulster haven't played since the away game at Munster on May 5.
A number of Ulster's big names, including Muller himself, were rested for that last domestic fixture, meaning the time spent on foreign shores was hugely important in terms of maintaining intensity levels and increasing the physical stakes prior to the end-of-season showdown.
"That's one of the reasons we went out to Portugal last week - to get some contact work in and to keep things as close to game related as possible," added Muller.
"We did a huge amount of work out there and it went really well. We're all fresh and ready to go.
"Hopefully, the time off won't influence us too badly or mean we're not sharp. Again, that's why we went down to Portugal - to keep nice and sharp. We'll only be able to tell on Saturday if that's worked or not."
