The double is on for Leinster Rugby after they booked their place in the RaboDirect PRO12 Final against the Ospreys on Sunday, 27 May after a 19-15 home semi-final win over Glasgow Warriors.
The Heineken Cup finalists warmed-up for their trip to Twickenham Stadium on Saturday by reaching their third PRO12 final in a row - and their second on home soil at the RDS. Last year, after beating Northampton Saints in the Heinenekn Cup final in Cardiff, they missed out on the double when they were beaten by Munster in the PRO12 final at Thomond Park.
Outside half Johnny Sexton, who was man of the match in Leinster's Heineken Cup final triumph at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium last year, was once again the top dog as he landed 14 points to go with Dave Kearney's try.
"We didn't play well, but we are in two finals and we haven't picked up any injuries. We will go into next week full of confidence," said Sexton.
The victory means Leinster will get the chance to avenge their PRO12 Final defeat in Dublin by the Ospreys in 2010. The Ospreys thumped Munster 45-10 on Friday night to reach their second final in three years.
"The Ospreys were pretty outstanding against Munster and it's going to be a difficult game. They beat us in Dublin two years ago in the final, and they beat us at the RDS this season as well," added Sexton.
Glasgow gave Leinster a thorough examination a week before they face Ulster in the Heineken Cup final. Two tries in the final quarter brought the Warriors back to within four points, but it was still Leinster's day.
Joe Schmidt picked a side that contained 10 of his victorious Heineken Cup semi-final winning team in Bordeaux and only has one injury concern ahead of Twickenham Stadium. Rob Kearney missed the clash with Glasgow with a back injury and the newly crowned IRUPA Players' Player of the Year will be monitored in the build-up to the big game.
