They boast some of the most exciting talent in Europe and several members of Wales' Grand Slam squad including the likes of Davies, George North and Rhys Priestland.
And the star centre insists it is time for the Scarlets to fulfil their potential by going on to secure the Amlin Challenge Cup title - starting against Brive on Sunday.
"It's huge to make sure we get a result, this club deserves silverware and we need to deliver now," said Davies
"We've been together as a group for a few years and we've developed a lot but we need to make sure we can bring success to this region.
"Obviously a lot of people still talk about the Grand Slam, but we have a lot to play for here at Llanelli so it keeps your eyes looking forward and not behind in the past."
The Llanelli-based region go into the quarter-final clash on the back of a narrow defeat to Edinburgh but Welsh centre Davies is in a buoyant mood going into the match.
"We've got a lot of work to do, this week is massive now and we've got to make sure we go out there with a positive edge," added Davies.
"If we start well and play the game we're capable of then we can come away with a victory.
"Brive are a very good side. But we seem to play better away from home, we like the underdog tag. We seem to relax a bit more and play freely.
"We've got to enjoy the atmosphere and the whole occasion. When you go to France the crowd are on top of you and you've just got to use it as a positive."
