Euro star Jones fit to return for Edinburgh

The two players are among nine front-line Scotland internationals who are returning for the Heineken Cup quarter-finalists at Murrayfield for Friday night's RaboDirect PRO12 clash with Amlin Challenge Cup quarter-finalist the Scarlets.

Michael Bradley's men will be looking to get back to winning ways having failed to win a domestic league match since 2 December, 2011 - one draw and seven straight defeats. With more than 25,000 fans due to turn out for their clash with European giants Toulouse for their first home Heineken Cup quarter-final on Saturday, 7 April, the clash with the Scarlets is crucial.

"It's great to have the Scottish internationals back. They're all quality players, so the biggest benefit has been the increased competition for places in the team, which has had a knock on effect on the quality and intensity of training," said Bradley.

"We've been working on re-emphasising our systems with the returning players in terms of how Edinburgh Rugby play in attack and defence. These are experienced professionals, they're used to this process, and they have come through it well.

"There's so much to play for because the Heineken Cup and Amlin Challelnge Cup quarter-finals are just around the corner, so I expect Scarlets will travel strong. That, combined with a strong Edinburgh Rugby team, should make for a great match."

Bradley has rested Fijian international No 8 Netani Talei for this weekend as a precaution. He has been suffering from a back strain and Bradley wants him ready to perform at the level that brought him three tries and two Man of the Match Awards during the Heineken Cup Pool stages.
