With the build-up to the Dublin 2013 European club rugby finals intensifying by the day, the four elite clubs of ASM Clermont Auvergne, Toulon, Leinster Rugby and Stade Francais Paris, who are focused on their quest for Heineken Cup and Amlin Challenge Cup silverware respectively, won't be the only clubs with Europe on their mind over the weekend of 17 and 18 May.

Burger to undergo surgery

Jacques Burger of Heineken Cup quarter-finalists, Saracens, has been sidelined until next season.
Aviva Premiership champions Saracens have confirmed that Namibia's World Cup captain will undergo knee surgery and is expected to return to fitness within nine months.
Burger will miss Sarries Heineken Cup quarter-final against Clermont at Vicarage Road on Sunday, 8 April (kick-off: 4.30pm) and will sit out the remainder of a campaign that could see the club win a domestic and European double.
