Saracens' Owen Farrell moves to No 10 for England's RBS 6 Nations clash with Wales at Twickenham on Saturday.
Farrell takes over the playmaker role from clubmate Charlie Hodgson, who has not recovered from an injury to his left index finger, with Manu Tuilagi (Leicester Tigers) coming in to the centre to partner Brad Barritt.
The Heineken Cup quarter-finalists have a total of four representatives in the starting line-up with Farrell, Brad Barritt, David Srettle and Mouritz Botha set to face the Welsh while Matt Stevens is on the bench.
The English champions take on a star-studded ASM Clermont Auvergne side in the last eight of the Heineken Cup on Sunday, 8 April at Vicarage Road.
