"It was a great performance," he said.
"I'm delighted for the guys because we finished the Heineken Cup in style in front of our own supporters.
"We knew they had picked a big, physical side and we showed them a lot of respect. I thought from 1 to 23 we were outstanding.
Gloucester's young backline shone in the victory and Redpath has urged them to produce more of the same when they return to Premiership action.
"The Premiership is now our main goal now and we have to take this sort of performance back into that," he added.
"Northampton here in three weeks' time is a massive game for us now, because the Premiership is so important and to get in that top six.
"We are up in the top four try-scorers in the Premiership, but we are not playing with as much freedom as we did out there today."
