A Disciplinary Hearing into the citing complaint against the London Irish player, Chris Hala'ufia (No 8), arising from the Heineken Cup Pool 2 match against Racing Metro 92 on Saturday, 10 December 2011 at Stade Yves du Manoir, has been adjourned.
Mark McParland (Ireland), the independent Judicial Officer appointed to hear the complaint, will reconvene the hearing in the New Year at a date to be confirmed.
Hala'ufia, who is currently injured and unavailable to play, is alleged to have carried out a dangerous tackle on the Racing Metro 92 full back, Gaetan Germain (No 15), during the first half of the game in contravention of Law 10.4(e). The complaint was made by Citing Commissioner, Gordon Black (Ireland).
