Bath coach Brad Davis has admitted his side were taught a finishing lesson by Heineken Cup Champions Leinster in Dublin.
Leinster dominated the encounter at the Aviva Stadium and their 52-27 triumph puts them in pole position in Pool 3 with two rounds of pool action remaining.
And Davis was full of praise for Leinster's performance.
"The score-line reflects the game," he said.
"They were outstanding and that was a lesson in how to finish off opportunities.
"They are a quality side and they put us to the sword, they were absolutely outstanding.
"Defensively we were off the pace by some margin and at times made it quite comfortable for Leinster to make yards.
"Their back three had an absolute field day, assisted by some poor decision making
"They are definitely one of the best teams in Europe and we've been on the end of a hiding.
"We did do some good stuff, but you've got to be right on the top of your game if you're going to get anything here, but we were off in areas. Leinster are going to be hard to stop."
