Brive will be looking to build on their winning record in Pool 5 of this season's Amlin Challenge Cup when the French side host Spanish champions CR La Vila on Thursday night.
The former European champions, who lifted the trophy in 1997, have won three out of three so far in their Pool, having beaten Sale Sharks, Agen and CR La Vila before the return clash with the Spanish outfit this week.
The French side recorded a 47-18 victory over CR La Vila last weekend and will be looking to emulate that performance to cement their position as Pool leaders and favourites to qualify for the quarter-finals.
The Spanish side, who are in their first season of European competition, are still looking for their first victory in this season's Amlin Challenge Cup.
Sale Sharks v Agen
(Sunday December 18)
On Sunday Sale Sharks host Agen at Edgeley Park and will be looking for a repeat performance following their stand-out display in France last week.
Steve Diamond's side cruised to a 29-14 bonus-point victory over Agen in the first of the back-to-back meetings between the two sides.
The victory closed the gap for Sale on Pool leaders Brive and if they can take victory again this weekend, the clash between Sale and Brive in January looks set to be the Pool decider.
