Scarlets celebrated a landmark with their Pool 1, Round 1 contest against Castres Olympique which marked the club's 100th appearance in the Heineken Cup.
The Scarlets have a proud record in the Heinken Cup - having reached three semi-finals and eight quarter finals in the competition - and now become the first Welsh region to reach the 100 game landmark.
They are the fifth club in the history of the tournament which is now in its 17th year, to reach a century of Heineken Cup games.The Scarlets now join Toulouse, Munster, Leinster and Leicester Tigers as clubs that have passed the 100 mark.
