The English giants beat Bath 48-3 at the Madejski Stadium to lift the trophy in 2003 and lost to eventual tournament winners, the Cardiff Blues, in a home semi-final in High Wycombe in 2010.
New coach David Young, who was in charge of the Welsh side that day, will be looking to repeat his success with the Blues in this competition and restore his new club's European pedigree during this campaign.
