Martin Castrogiovanni and Louis Deacon make their first starting appearances for former Heineken Cup Champions Leicester Tigers on Saturday when they host London Irish.
They are still missing a host of players through injury ahead of their first European tie away to Aironi on Saturday November 12, including, Ben Youngs, Manu Tuilagi, Mathew Tait, Anthony Allen and Billy Twelvetrees.

Bath make three changes for their tie against league leaders Harlequins this weekend. On the back of an away victory at London Irish, Bath welcome David Wilson into the front-row for the first time this season. Francois Louw and Dan Hipkiss also return to the starting line-up.

They then travel to Glasgow in their opening European tie and will look to take some of the form from the Premiership, which has seen them rise to fourth, into the game.

London Irish's World Cup trio of Alex Corbisiero, Sailosi Tagicakibau and Jebb Sinclair will start for the Exiles Saturday afternoon when they take on Leicester Tigers at Welford Road.
Jebb Sinclair will start his first game for London Irish at number 8 and Alex Corbisiero and Sailosi Tagicakibau will start their first games of the season at prop and on the wing respectively.
London Irish host Edinburgh on the opening weekend and their recent form has seen them loose two our of their last three Premiership games.
