Amlin Challenge Cup newcomers, CR La Vila, will play a key Spanish League game against VRAC Valladolid at Villajoyosa on Sunday (kick-off 12.30).
Currently in fifth place in the league, La Vila are targeting a place in the top six to ensure qualification for the final stages of the domestic competition.
Sunday's game is an important part of the Spanish champions' preparations for their opening match in the Amlin Challenge Cup against French Top 14 club, Agen, at Benidorm Stadium in Villajoyosa on Saturday, 12 November.
La Vila are in Pool 5 along with another Top 14 club, Brive, as well as Sale Sharks of England who are two-time winners of the Amlin Challenge Cup in 2002 and 2005.
