After guiding Worcester Warriors back into the English Premiership after just one season in the Championship, head coach Richard Hill has been rewarded with a new two-year deal at the club.
Hill took charge at Sixways in the summer of 2010 after Worcester were relegated from the top-flight. They earned promotion back to the Premiership at the first time of trying, losing just one game last-season and managing director Charlie Little is delighted to have secured Hill's services for another two years.
"When Richard came to the club he was tasked primarily with one main objective - to get us back into the Aviva Premiership," he said.
"Not only has he delivered that but he has brought in a strong work ethic, winning culture and accountability across all departments.
"He is on his way to building what we believe will be a highly professional squad capable of achieving our aims and ambitions in the coming years."
Worcester kick off their 2011 Amlin Challenge Cup campaign against last season's beaten finalists Stade Francais in November before facing Crociati Parma and Bucharest Wolves in Pool 1
