Stade Francais Paris prop Rodrigo Roncero has been cited for an alleged late shoulder charge into ASM Clermont Augergne scrum half Morgan Parra in last Friday's Amlin Challenge Cup semi-final.
The incident happened near the end of the first-half of the game at Stade Charlety, which was won 29-25 by Stade as they set-up a final clash with Harlequins at Cardiff City Stadium on Friday, 20 May.
The Argentinean international was cited by England's Alan Mansell under Law 10.4 (f) - Dangerous charging or obstructing of an opponent without the ball including shouldering.
Under the IRB Recommended Sanctions for Offences Committed within the Playing Enclosure, Law 10.4 (f) carries the following penalties: Low End: 3 weeks; Mid Range: 5 weeks; Top End: 9 to 52 weeks.
The Independent Judicial Officer and a date for the hearing will be announced in due course.
