Gloucester and Newcastle Falcons will go head-to-head on Sunday in the LV= Cup final with a place in next season's Heineken Cup at stake.
It will be Gloucester's third successive appearance in the final and they will be looking to right the wrongs of the last two years where they suffered defeats at the hands of Cardiff Blues and Northampton Saints.
A 45 v 17 victory over the Newport Gwent Dragons yesterday secured their place in the final and their opponents at Franklins Gardens on Sunday, Newcastle Falcons reached the final two with a 21 v 20 away win against Harlequins.
Alan Tait's men will be hoping to overcome the Cherry and Whites and secure a place in the Heineken Cup for the first time since 2005, while Gloucester will be looking to return to the competition after missing out on qualification last season.
