Scotland head coach Andy Robinson has made four changes plus a positional switch for his side's clash with England at Twickenham on Sunday.
Scotland are still searching for their first victory in this year's tournament and welcome Simon Danielli, Joe Ansbro and Rory Lawson into the back division, while Nathan Hines is named in the back row.
Danielli, who played in all six of Ulster's Heineken Cup Pool games this season, helping them into the knock-out stage for the first time since 1999, makes his first start of the championship.
Northampton's Ansbro returns to the midfield after missing the Ireland game through concussion, while Lawson regains the No 9 shirt he wore against Wales.
In the pack, Hines is re-introduced on the blindside while Saracens' Kelly Brown moves to No 8.
