Newcastle Falcons have signed talented England Under 20's scrum-half Jordi Pasqualin from English Premiership rivals Gloucester.
The Sheffield born half-back came through the Gloucester academy and made three appearances from the bench for the Cherry and Whites in this season's Amlin Challenge Cup.
Falcons head coach Alan Tait is delighted with his latest signing who will arrive at Kingston Park this summer.
"I'm keen to build a young team here and Jordi is somebody I've been looking at. I like the way he plays the game and nine times out of 10 he will always find his No.10 with the pass," he said.
"This is a step forward as we look to bring attacking rugby to Kingston Park."
