France coach Marc Lièvremont has made three changes to his side to face Italy in Rome on Saturday with Julien Bonnaire, Sylvain Marconnet and Maxime Medard all coming into the starting line-up.
Sebastien Chabel retains his place in the back-row but Imanol Harinordoquy looses out to Clermont Auvergne flanker Bonnaire.
Biarritz loose-head prop Marconnet starts and Luc Ducalcon takes his place amongst the replacements.
Medard has recovered from a hamstring injury which ruled him out of the defeat to England to take his place at full-back.
