Northampton Saints lock Courtney Lawes has declared himself fit after coming through 80 minutes for Saints in the English Premiership at the weekend.
The 22-year-old had missed almost two months of action following a knee injury but came through the game against Exeter well on Sunday and provides Northampton a massive boost ahead of the their Heineken Cup quarter-final against Ulster on Sunday April 10.
His return to the field will also come as good news for England team manager Martin Johnson as his side go in search of the Six Nations title.
"If he [England manager Martin Johnson] wants me, I'm ready," Lawes told the Times newspaper.
"There are no doubts, the knee is sweet. I thought I had a pretty good game and carried OK.
"I do feel like I am back up to speed. I am a bit tired but I feel good."
