Stade Francais have been dealt a double blow with head coach Michael Cheika and fly-half Lionel Beauxis picking up suspensions following their 34 v 12 defeat to Castres in January.
Cheika and his assistant Chris Whitaker were called before a Ligue Nationale de Rugby panel after being cited for their behaviour towards match officials. Cheika was handed a 30-day touchline ban while former Australian scrum-half Whitaker was cleared.
Beauxis who has scored 150 points in European competitions has been handed a 20-day ban for a dangerous tackle on Castres' Pierre Bernard. The 25-year-old will miss his side's matches against Brive and Perpignan and is free to play on March 7.
