I Cavalieri Estra 16 v 48 Harlequins
Harlequins ran in six tries in Italy to set up a winner takes all game against Bayonne next weekend.
Maurice Fa'asavalu scored the first try after 12 minutes and Danny Care followed as Harlequins led 20-6 at the break.
The second half was more impressive from Quins, wrapping up the bonus-point win with a further four tries.
Sam Smith scored two early second-half tries, Cavalieri's Wouter Moore and Tom Casson then traded scores before Karl Dickson went over on the stroke of full-time.

Bayonne 21 v 35 Connacht
Connacht dominated the match at the Stade Jean Dauger racing into a 22-16 half-time lead.
Julien Audy kicked three penalties for the home side while Ian Keatley kicked five for the visitors and converted a penalty try after wing Fionn Carr was taken out on his way to collecting a chip through. Thibault Lacroix brought Bayonne back into the game with a try on the stroke of half time.
The hosts got exactly what they required at the start of the second period, Number 8 Marc Baget scoring after just three minutes, to bring the scores to within a point.
The Bayonne forwards took over and tried to out muscle their Irish opponents but Eric Elwood's side looked to go wide at every opportunity and were rewarded for their ambition with Brian Tuohy scoring their second try. Carr then confirmed the victory, sprinting 60 metres to score with three minutes remaining.

Exeter Chiefs 17 v 6 Bourgoin
Exeter set up a winner takes all game away at Montpellier with a hard-fought 17-6 victory over Bourgoin.
Prop Hoani Tui's late try secured the victory as the Chiefs go in hunt of a quarter-final place in their first season in European rugby.
In a tense first half the hosts had to wait until the last kick of play in the first forty to get points on the board, Ryan Davies giving them a 3-0 half time lead.
Tom Johnson touched down within a minute of the second half after good work from Luke Arscott and James Hanks.
Alberto Di Bernardo kicked two penalties to cut the lead before Tui's late score.

Crociati Rugby 16 v 12 Bucharest Oaks
Crociati claimed their first win in this season's competition beating Bucharest Oaks 16-12 in Northern Italy.
The Romanian side came out on top when the two sides met back in October at the Arcul de Triumf 20-19 but a strong second half performance levelled the results between the sides.
It was the visitors who raced into an early lead, Danut Dumbrava kicking three unawansered penalties for a 9-0 lead.
Crociati fly-half Tommaso Iannone finally got the home side onto the score sheet with a penalty of his own after 33 minutes.
Bucharest held the lead at half-time but a penalty try converted by Iannone just seven minutes into the second period gave the Italian the lead which they then refused to hand back.
Iannone and Dumbrava exchanged penalties before Marco Anversa secured the victory with three points of his own late on.

Rovigo 7 v 55 Gloucester
Henry Trinder, Charlie Sharples and Tim Taylor all scored twice as Gloucester ran in eight tries at Stadio Mario Battaglini.
Taylor also converted three tries while Matt Cox and Jonny May also crossed and Freddie Burns added nine points with the boot to cap a comfortable win.
That closed the gap on pool leaders La Rochelle to three points though the French club will deny Gloucester a place in the last eight with victory next weekend.
Trinder opened the scoring, pouncing on a slip in the Cavalieri defence, for his first before stepping through from Burns' pass for his second.
No8 Cox powered through for the third, Sharples charged in off his win to claim the bonus point and then grabbed a second from Olly Morgan's off-load. Taylor (two) and May grabbed late tries in the final seven minutes after a quiet second period.
