Heineken Cup Champions Toulouse will be without former All Black scrum-half Byron Kelleher for their Round 5 clash with Newport Gwent Dragons on Saturday.
Kelleher has been suffering from a calf injury which has ruled him out of penultimate pool fixture.
Additionally French lock Romain Millo-Chluski looks set to miss the next two rounds of Europe's premier competition and possibly the start of the Six Nations championship after picking up a similar injury to Kelleher.
Guy Noves' are currently unbeaten at the helm of Pool 6 and will be boosted by the return to fitness of French duo David Skrela and William Servat.
The fly-half and hooker are in line for a return to the side after missing Toulouse's Top 14 defeat by Stade Francais last weekend.
Toulouse kick off against the Dragons at 14:30 at the Stade Ernest Wallon on Saturday and then travel to England to face former European Champions London Wasps the following weekend.
