Agen moved to the top of the Amlin Challenge Cup Pool 5 with a convincing victory over Rovigo at the Stade Armandie.
Opeti Fonua opened the scoring for the hosts before scrum-half Stefan Basson pulled a penalty back for the Italian side.
It was one way traffic from that point as Agen scored a further five tries before the break.
Second-row Lisiate Fa'aoso got his side's third try after Agen had been awarded a penalty try by referee David Jones. Conrad Barnard converted both on his way to a 16-point haul.
Basson kicked a further three points for the visitors before Number 8 Fonua collected his second try of the first half. Saimoni Vaka and Miguel Avramovic both went onto score in the first forty to bring up a 40 -6 score line at the break.
Vaka helped himself to a second after the interval before Massimillano Ravalle scored a consolation for Rovigo
Replacement centre Junior Pelesasa rounded off the rout with a brace as Agen collected the try-bonus point for the second consecutive week.
Bourgoin 36 v 18 Montpellier
Bourgoin condemned Montpellier to their first European defeat of the season at Stade Pierre Rajon on Saturday evening.
The visitors lead 15-10 at the break courtesy of five penalties from fly-half Raphael Lagarde, but the hosts fought back to upset the Pool leaders.
Bourgoin's first half scores came from a Jean-Francois Coux try and five points from he boot of Alberto Di Bernardo.
Sixteen unanswered points at the start of the second period clinched the victory for the home side as Forest and Wessel Jooste crossed for tries with Di Bernardo helping himself to another six points.
Lagarde kicked a fourth penalty for his side but the final passage was all Bourgoin as Di Bernardo kicked a further penalty and converted Alex Tulou's try.
