With the November tests starting a week on Saturday the national squads have been re-shuffling this week following a host of injuries and ercrugby.com outlines the latest news;
Wales:
The Welsh camp has been blighted with injuries since the announcement of the squad just over a week ago.
Welsh captain Ryan Jones will miss the first test against Australia on November 6 with a calf tear with the captaincy passing over to Scarlets skipper Matthew Rees.
Full-back Lee Byrne and wing Leight Halfpenny have both been ruled out for the duration of the November internationals, Byrne fractured his third metacarpal in his right hand at the weekend and Halfpenney has damaged ankle ligaments.
Dragons winger Aled Brew and Blues full-back Chris Czekaj have both been added to squad as cover.
Scarlets back row Rob McCusker has also withdrawn from the squad in order to undergo a hernia operation.
McCusker faces a six week lay-off after the operation and will be targeting a return to action in time for the Scarlets' back-to-back fixtures against Benetton Treviso in the Heineken Cup in December.
Uncapped Scarlets winger George North is still recovering from a fracture to his fibula but is expected to play some part in the series.

Scotland:
Gloucester flanker Alasdair Strokosch has withdrawn from the squad after damaging knee ligaments in his side's victory over Harlequins at the weekend.
The 27-year-old is expected to be sidelined for six weeks, ruling him out of the autumn series and will have a race against time on his hands to be fit for Gloucester's trip to La Rochelle on December 12 in the Amlin Challenge Cup.
Andy Robinson name four uncapped players in his squad and they are, 22-year-old Glasgow Warriors stand-off Ruaridh Jackson, Edinburgh duo, scrum-half Greig Laidlaw and full-back/wing Jim Thompson along with Northampton Saints utility back Joe Ansbro.

In positive news Leinster's Luke Fitzgerald has been added to the squad after recovering from injury.
The British Lion tourist was not included in the original 34-man squad, but has recovered sufficiently to join his team mates in the Ireland camp based in Limerick.
