A last minute try from Catalin Nicolae gave Bucharest their first win of the 2010/11 season as the beat Crociati at Stadionul Arcul de Triumf.
The home side started the brighter, taking a 9 - 0 lead through the boot of Dan Dumbrava. The Italian side then hit back with a converted try after 23 minutes with flanker Filippo Ferrarini scoring. Fly-half Marco Anversa added the conversion to bring the scores to within two points.
Dumbrava kicked another penalty before Anversa kicked three of his own for the visitors to take them into the lead for the first time.
Both playmakers then exchanged a further shot at goal before Nicolae's try secured victory.
Petrarca 9 Sale Sharks 56
Sale Sharks racked up another high score as they continued their perfect start with a
seven-try demolition of Petrarca at Stadio Plebiscito.
Teenage wing Tom Brady again led the way, following up last week's hat-trick against Cetransa El Salvador with a brace of tries, while there were also two apiece for Mark Cueto and Luke MacLeod and one by Rob Miller.
Italians Petrarca took an early lead through a Tim Walsh penalty before Charlie Hodgson levelled. It was not until the 17th minute that Brady got the first of his team's seven tries after skipper Neil Briggs charged down an attempted drop goal by Walsh to allow the youngster a straight sprint to the line.
Fit again Matthew Tait showed no ill-effects from his recent lay-off setting up tries for MacLeod and Brady, either side of Cueto's score to wrap up the bonus point before half-time.
Leading 35-6 lead at the break, Sale rung the changes but still ran in three more tries from Cueto, MacLeod and Miller, in the final minute.
Harlequins 55-17 I Cavalieri Estra
Harlequins bounced back from their opening weekend defeat to Bayonne to comprehensively outplay Cavalieri at The Stoop.
With the scores level at three apiece, Tom Williams scored the first try of the afternoon. Ross Chisholm then scored twice before George Lowe touched down.
The home side were then awarded a penalty try as half-time approached and fly-half Rory Clegg took his tally to 6 with the conversion.
The Italian side hit back after the break through winger Denis Majstorovic and
Rima Wakarua added the two points.
Williams collected his hat-trick in the second before Sam Smith crossed for the English side's final try.
Ed Lewis-Pratt got a last minute consolation for the visitors.
Gloucester 90-7 Rovigo
Jonny May grabbed a hat-trick as Gloucester bounced back from an opening weekend loss to beat Rovigo in a one sided fixture at Kingsholm.
The Cherry and Whites crossed for 14 tries, the first coming straight from the kick off through Andy Hazell.
From there the floodgates opened with James Simpson-Daniel, Freddie Burns, Olly Morgan, Lesley Vainikolo and May all touching down along with a penalty try to give the hosts a comfortable half-time lead.
The try-fest continued after the interval with Henry Trindle and Charlie Sharples getting in on the act.
Morgan and Vainikolo both grabbed their second tries, but it was May that stole the show with two more tries to seal an impressive hat-trick.
But in a worrying sight for the Shed faithful, fly-half Freddie Burns hobbled off with fifteen minutes to go after contributing a 23-point haul.
Rovigo did get on the scoreboard thanks to a German Bustos converted try.
