Bath will be aiming to complete the double over Cammi Rugby Calvisano to move a step closer to the Amlin Challenge Cup quarter-finals.
The West Country giants recorded a 67-11 victory over the Italians at the Rec last weekend to maintain their maximum points start to the season.
Bath ran in 10 tries in the comprehensive victory with Horacio Agulla, Mark McMillan, Dom Day, Josh Ovens, Guy Mercer, Nick Koster, Kane Palma Newport and Dave Attwood all on the scoreboard.
They sit six points clear at the top of Pool Four and can move within touching distance of the knockout stages with a victory at the Peroni Stadium.
But the Italian minnows will be determined to give a better account of themselves on home soil.
They have claimed just two wins in 15 Amlin Challenge Cup matches but they will take confidence from their last home outing in Europe where they took Agen to the wire.
