Leicester Tigers will be determined to get their Heineken Cup campaign back on track against Pro12 champions the Ospreys after a demoralising away defeat to Toulouse at Le Stadium.
And they will be looking to make it 20 successive home matches unbeaten in front of the Welford Road faithful in the process while the Ospreys haven't recorded a win in their last eight away games in Europe.
The Tigers, who won the Heineken Cup in 2001 and 2002, suffered a 23-9 defeat to the four-times champions on Sunday, leaving the English club still looking for their first points, with Toby Flood their sole scorer with the boot.
The Ospreys, who started their campaign with a bonus point 38-17 victory over Treviso, won the last game between the two sides with a 17-12 victory over the Tigers at the Liberty Stadium.
The Welsh side and the Tigers have met six times in the Heineken Cup, with Leicester winning three games, the Opreys winning two games and a 32-32 draw at Welford Road in 2002.
The Ospreys lifted the Pro12 title by beating Leinster, the reigning Heineken Cup champions, in the Grand Final in their own backyard in Dublin, last season.
