Heineken Cup winning half back Jean-Baptise Elissalde has signed a three-year contract extension with Toulouse
The man who helped his side to a third Heineken Cup success in 2005 has agreed terms that will keep him in the south of France until 2012.
In the 2005 final, Elissalde scored three penalties in the 18-12 extra time victory over Stade Francais Paris. His place in Toulouse folklore was confirmed and the mercurial talent will continue to be a fixture as the Stade Ernest Wallon for seasons to come.
Elissalde is playing his tenth season of European rugby, and seventh with Toulouse after competing in the European Challenge Cup with La Rochelle between 1997 and 2002.
As a goal-kicking scrum half, he has racked up the points, scoring 473 points during his European career, 386 coming during his time with Toulouse.
