Northampton Saints co-captain John Leslie will lead his team out against Cardiff on Sunday on his 50th game for the club.
The 50th game is one of the most important in a Saints player's career as it is the landmark that is marked with the presentation of club cap at the end of the season.
Leslie joined Saints in December 2000 and has scored eight tries since his debut against Gloucester at Kingsholm.
The team is largely unchanged from the side that beat Cardiff last weekend with Spanish wing Oriol Ripol coming in for Jon Sleightholme and Tom Smith returning to the starting line-up.
Centre Peter Jorgensen has failed to make it back into the squad despite a successful game for the Wanderers on Monday. The former Wallaby injured a rib in the last 10 minutes of that game.
In last week's Round 3 match, the Northampton pack proved the difference at they beat Cardiff 25-11 at Franklin's Gardens.
