All the first round losers in the PARKER PEN CHALLENGE CUP now move on to the first round of the PARKER PEN SHIELD in the new knock-out format.
The winners over the two legs between Castres and Grenoble will face the winners of the match between the Italian side L'Aquila Rugby and the Romanian champions, Dinamo Bucuresti.
L'Aquila will have home advantage in the first leg of that match, while Rugby Roma will host Petraca Padova in a mouth-watering all-Italian contest.
There are seven Italian clubs bidding to win the PARKER PEN SHIELD, four French, two Welsh, two Spanish and one Romanian. The second leg matches are due to be played on the weekend of 13/14/15 December.
