Bristol Shoguns captain Garath Archer will make his 100th appearance in the club shirt jersey when he leads the team out against his former club Newcastle Falcons on Sunday afternoon.
The 28-year-old England international lock has been in superb form this season, and has been leading the team in place of injured club captain Ross Beattie, skippering the Shoguns in Heineken Cup games against Montferrand and Leinster Lions.
Commenting on the official Bristol Shoguns website, Archer said: 'I've had a long affiliation with Bristol Shoguns and it is nice to hit a landmark. The best way to celebrate will be with a win on Sunday.'
Shoguns supporters may also be celebrate two other club landmarks. Both Lee Best and Alex Brown are selected in the 22 and are poised to play their 50th Premiership matches for the club.
Head coach Peter Thorburn welcomes back the Argentine half back pairing of Agustin Pichot and Felipe Contepomi to the squad. Both have been unavailable for selection due to international duties.
Back row forwards Ben Sturnham and Matt Salter also return to the Shoguns squad after injury.
