Leicester Flanker Neil Back has been recalled into the England side to face Australia at Twickenham on Saturday.
Back,33, will win his 52nd cap with England coach Clive Woodward selecting him to start at openside flanker.
Woodward has opted for Back ahead of Lawrence Dallaglio. The Wasps man having a disappointing game against New Zealand last weekend.
Woodward said; "I am not rotating things here. Lawrence wasn't quite to the standard we are used to."
The other change is also in the pack. Leicester's Ben Kay partnering skipper Martin Johnson in the second row in place of Bath's Danny Grewcock who is named among the replacements.
