The game has particular significance to the three as it will be the first time they have played at the Millennium Stadium for Wales.
**The Scotland management team of Ian McGeechan and Douglas Morgan will give Stuart Moffat, (Glasgow Rugby) Bruce Douglas (Borders) and Nikki Walker (Borders) their international debuts on Saturday against Romania at Murrayfield.
Morgan said: "Nikki gained a lot of experience from the North American tour and he has come back and played very well for the Borders and thoroughly merits his selection.
"Similarly, we were very pleased with the way Bruce Douglas performed in North America and he has quietly got on with his job for his club."
**Ireland and Leinster wing Denis Hickie has passed a fitness test to face Australia at Lansdowne Road on Saturday after recovering from a wrist injury.
With Hickie proving his fitness, Munster's John Kelly will start the game on the replacements bench.
Hickie has scored one try in Heineken Cup rugby so far this season - against Bristol Shoguns in Leinster's 29-23 home win in Round 1.
**Scotland stand-off Gordon Ross has waited a year to gain his second international cap and served notice to rival Gregor Townsend that this time he is here to stay.
Ross admitted his regular starting spot for his new club side had helped his cap chances.
He said: "The move to Leeds has definitely paid off. Getting a run in the first few games was a great confidence booster and I feel fitter and more confident than I have been in the past."
Ross has been in fine form during this year's PARKER PEN CHALLENGE CUP scoring 10 penalties and two conversions.
**Spain have announced their squad to face Russia in the return leg of their World Cup qualifier. There are five changes to the side who were beaten 36-3 in Madrid in the first leg - three in the pack and two amongst the backs.
