Harlequins chief executive Mark Evans after their 27-14 win over Wasps:
"I am made up about that result," said Evans. "We lost Nick Duncombe after a minute and we already had three centres missing in Viliame Satala, Chris Bell and Will Greenwood.
"We lost two men to the sin bin so I think that was a terrifically gutsy and spirited display.
"Things haven't gone our way recently in terms of injuries but we really dogged it out and all credit to the players for that.
"Tony Diprose is in my opinion one of the premium number eight's in England.
"I see people play in representative matches in the same position and they are not in the same class as Tony. I am a big fan."
Evans' opposite number, Warren Gatland, added; "I'm disappointed and frustrated. All credit should go to Quins. They defended well and played a smart game. We let ourselves down with soft penalties.
"The players need to look at themselves and see why they are giving away these penalties. We have got to pick up points away from home.
"We are in a slump at the moment and that is why our game against Sale at home next week is massively important."
Leeds coach Phil Davies saluted his team's brave defensive effort in the 26-19 Zurich Premiership victory over Northampton:
"We defended with a lot of desire and a lot of composure," said Davies. "We talked about it during the week, and it was very pleasing to see us do it so well."
